    Appraisal Conversation. 7/3/2019

    Initial individual goals are to be modified to identify DRS role, wellbeing, LWDT and clollaboration.

    Job descriptions (Teacher/DRS) and expectations in Catholic Schools signed and returned.
    Staff Declaration 2019 signed and returned.

    Mairead has looked at the Educational Leadership Capability Framework and will highlight areas achieved and those to work on. From these, she will set 1-2 personal leadership goals for herself.

    Mairead you have had a good start of year in your DRS role. You have prepared liturgy, mass, singing, and prayer. You have taken a staff meeting and promoted meditation.

    The survey was relatively successful 55/262 (21%) - possibly some couples. Now we need to summarize and make a recommendation - next action.

    Being our new DRS brings a difference. Doing things the first time is a learning curve and it is okay to change things. We have to practical in our space.

    Mairead will reorganise Teaching Standards and Code. She is linking evidence to these.

    Piripono is developing in their team collaboration, particularly in RE, and Mairead is working more specifically alongside Jody managing to collaborate between two spaces.
